Everything Hindigo does to help you start.
One idea behind every feature: bring what’s blocking you down to a step you can do right now.
Say it the way it comes
By voice or keyboard, no formatting. “Um… call the dentist tomorrow at 3pm” is enough: Hindigo figures out the rest.

One step, sized for you
Never a list: one concrete first step. Say how you feel (drained, OK, energized) and adjust the time with a tap, from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

One step at a time, with a timer
The next step only appears once the first is done. No “late”, no red: you can skip, or send a little boost to someone else getting going.

Not in the mood to type? A photo is enough
Snap a messy desk or a room to tidy: Hindigo shows you where to start, or a step-by-step plan. The photo isn’t kept.
Capture what’s blocking youClose the notebook and put the pen away.
A summary to show your therapist
In one tap, a recap of your last 7 or 14 days: what moved, your moments of momentum, what helped, what’s stuck. On screen in your session, or as a PDF you send yourself.
