Tidying up when you don’t know where to start.
Facing a messy desk or a room to tidy, describing what needs doing already costs the energy you had left to act. With HindigoShot, you take a photo. Hindigo looks and gives you the first step.
Capture what's blocking youClose the notebook and put the pen away.
With ADHD, the block sometimes comes before the action: when you have to put it into words.
For an abstract task (“call the dentist”), knowing what to do costs almost nothing. For a messy physical space, you first have to name everything: what's there, what matters, where to begin. That mental sorting is itself a task initiation block, not yet the start of a solution.
HindigoShot removes that cost. You show, Hindigo sorts, and you walk away with one single thing to do.
Three steps, and only ever one thing on screen.
Snap what's blocking you
From the capture screen, the “Show me what’s blocking you” button opens the camera. No list to write, no words to find.
Hindigo looks
It tells you what it sees. “That’s it” or “No, something else”: you stay in control, and you can add a few words to clarify.
One step, or a Battle Plan
Depending on the mode you picked in your profile, you get one step to do now, or a plan with the steps and how long they take.
Focus mode
One step at a time. “Done”, and the next one appears. Need something else? “Another move”.
Plan mode: the Battle Plan
The steps and how long they take, to see the whole path when that helps. Everything else is deprioritized.
Send this moment
Once you're done, you can share a before/after with someone close, with a message ready to go. Always optional.
Your photo isn't kept
It's used for the analysis, then discarded. Details in the app privacy policy (in French).
HindigoShot, answered
Is there an ADHD app to help you tidy up when you don't know where to start?
Yes: with HindigoShot, you take a photo of the messy room or desk, without having to describe what needs doing. Hindigo suggests a first step, or a Battle Plan with the steps and how long they take.
Why a photo rather than text?
Facing a messy space, describing what needs doing forces you to name everything before acting, and that wording is already a block. The photo skips this step: Hindigo does the looking and the sorting.
Do I need to take a photo for every task?
No. The photo is mostly for a physical space (a desk, a room, a car trunk), not for an abstract task like a call or an email. It's always optional: you can type instead.
What's the difference between Focus mode and Plan mode?
Focus mode shows one step at a time, and the next only appears once it’s done. Plan mode shows a Battle Plan: the steps and how long they take. You choose in your profile.
Is the photo saved?
No. It's used for the analysis, then discarded. The only exception, if you choose to share a before/after: the photo goes through the phone's share cache, never through permanent storage.
