Walk into your session with something to say.
“So, how were the last two weeks?” With ADHD, the last few days often go blank right when you need them. Hindigo keeps track of what you did and prepares a simple summary to show your therapist.
My Hindigo summary
From Sept 17 to Sept 30
What moved
• 9 intentions seen through, in 31 small steps.
My moments of momentum
• Mostly in the morning, then in the evening.
What helped
• Even when drained, 3 intentions seen through.
What’s stuck
• An “Admin” task (often postponed)
Between appointments, the days blur together.
The session starts and the question is always the same: how have the last weeks been? In the moment, you mostly remember the last hard day, or nothing at all. That’s not a lack of effort: with ADHD, working memory and time perception make that story especially hard to tell.
So you talk about whatever comes to mind, not necessarily what matters. And the small wins, the ones you don’t notice, slip away.
Three questions to jot down before your session
A few lines are enough. They’re the same headings as the Hindigo summary.
What moved?
Even small things. A call made, a document filed, a less chaotic day. Quiet progress is the first thing we forget.
What helped?
A time of day, a way of breaking things down, someone nearby. Knowing what works for you is worth more than a list of what didn’t.
What’s still stuck?
One or two things you’ve been putting off. Not to judge yourself: to talk about it and find a first step together.
Your summary, ready when you need it.
You move forward, Hindigo takes note
Every finished task leaves a trace on your phone: when, in how many steps, with what energy. Nothing to fill in.
You open your summary
In Profile › Follow-up › “Summary for my session”, over 7 or 14 days. You can add a note about what you want to discuss.
You show it, or send it
On screen during the session, or as a PDF by email or messaging. You choose who gets it.
What moved and what helped
Intentions seen through, the times of day you get going, and the drained days when you still moved forward.
What’s stuck, without judgment
Tasks set aside or often postponed. By default only their area shows (“an Admin task”): you decide whether the text appears.
Nothing leaves without you
The summary is computed on your phone. Hindigo sends it to no one and has no therapist portal: you share it yourself.
No score
No success rate, no “empty” days, no comparison. Something to talk about, not a grade.

Preparing for therapy with ADHD
How do I prepare for a therapy session when I have ADHD?
In the days before, jot down three things: what moved, what helped, what’s still stuck. A few lines are enough. With Hindigo, that summary builds itself from what you did in the app.
What should I tell my ADHD psychiatrist if I can’t remember the last weeks?
That’s very common with ADHD, and you can say exactly that. Something written helps: tasks you finished, moments when things worked, what’s still blocked. The Hindigo summary is made for this.
Is there an app to track ADHD progress between therapy sessions?
Hindigo mostly helps you start tasks, one step at a time. By keeping track of what you finish, it can produce a 7- or 14-day summary to show your therapist or send as a PDF.
Does my therapist get access to my data?
No. There’s no therapist portal: the summary is generated on your phone and you decide whether to show or send it. The text of stuck tasks is hidden by default.
Does the summary replace medical care?
No. It’s a way to start the conversation, not a diagnostic tool or treatment tracker. For any question about your ADHD, talk to a healthcare professional.
Is the session summary free?
It’s part of Hindigo Premium, with a 7-day trial through Google Play. The three questions above work just fine on paper.
